M\u00e4rz 2022 er\u00f6ffnet um 15.00 Uhr die Sonderausstellung \u201eReflexionen\u201c mit zahlreichen Drucken des in G\u00f6rlitz geborenen K\u00fcnstlers in der Alten Synagoge in Hagenow.<\/p>\n
H\u00e4nsch studierte zun\u00e4chst Museologie in Leipzig; seine k\u00fcnstlerische Ausbildung als Keramiker und Maler erfolgte autodidaktisch. Seit Mitte der 1970er Jahre stellt er seine Werke in Museen und Galerien in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, sp\u00e4ter auch in Schweden, Frankreich, Belgien und \u00d6sterreich aus. Als Maler bevorzugt er \u00d6l- und Acrylfarben; seine Drucke hingegen entstehen als Handabriebe oder mit Hilfe einer Radierpresse.<\/p>\n
In seinen gro\u00dfformatigen Holz- und Linolschnitten setzet Wilko H\u00e4nsch einzelne Motive gekonnt in Szene. Fl\u00e4chen, Formen und Farben f\u00fcgen sich zu pr\u00e4gnanten Kompositionen zusammen. \u00dcber seinen Ansatz und den Schaffensprozess sagt der K\u00fcnstler selbst: \u201eAnregend f\u00fcr meine Arbeit sind die verg\u00e4nglichen Spuren der bildhaften Auseinandersetzung mit dem Alltagsgeschehen. Durch Umnutzung derselben finde ich zu neuen inhaltlichen und formalen Gestaltungen.\u201c Inspirationen sammelte er auch w\u00e4hrend diverser Arbeits- und Studienaufenthalte, u.a. in der Schweiz, Italien, Frankreich, Griechenland, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn und Bulgarien.<\/p>\n
Urspr\u00fcnglich sollte die Ausstellung im April 2020 er\u00f6ffnet werden; die coronabedingte Schlie\u00dfung des Museums und der Alten Synagoge hat jedoch f\u00fcr eine Plan\u00e4nderung gesorgt. Der Museumsdirektor Henry Gawlick betont: \u201eUns war es wichtig, dass die Werke von Wilko H\u00e4nsch die ihnen geb\u00fchrende Aufmerksamkeit bekommen und nicht w\u00e4hrend der Pandemie untergehen.\u201c<\/p>\n
Die Ausstellung ist zu den regul\u00e4ren \u00d6ffnungszeiten bis zum 26. Juni 2022 in der Alten Synagoge zu sehen. Der Eintritt zur Vernissage am 6. M\u00e4rz ist frei; eine Anmeldung ist jedoch erforderlich.
